Firebase & third-party services
WineMind uses Google Firebase (authentication, analytics, crash reporting, storage). Data is processed within Firebase under strict agreements and only as needed to run the service. We do not sell personal data.

Analytics & cookies
This website uses Google Analytics 4 only to learn which parts of the site are useful. We do not use it for advertising, Google Signals stays off, and it is never linked to your app account.
- European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland: Google Analytics is not loaded and nothing is sent until you accept. If your country cannot be determined, this rule applies too.
- Everywhere else: until you decide, and also if you decline, only anonymous measurements without cookies are sent (Google Consent Mode with storage denied). If you accept, Google Analytics may set analytics cookies.
Your approximate country comes from our network provider (Cloudflare) and is kept only for your browser session. Your choice is stored in your browser. You can change it at any time from “Analytics preferences” in the footer or here: .
International transfers
Where data is processed outside your country, we rely on standard contractual clauses and comparable safeguards to protect your information.
Retention
We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, or as required by law. When it’s no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g., EU/UK/California), you can request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction/objection to processing. Email contact@winemind.io.
How to make a request

- Specify the right you wish to exercise.
- We’ll verify your identity and respond within applicable legal timelines.
California
California residents can request disclosure/deletion and opt out of “sale or sharing” of personal information. WineMind does not sell personal data.
Children & age restrictions
WineMind is about wine (alcohol). The app is intended for users aged 16+, or older where required by local law. We do not knowingly collect data from younger users.

We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date above will reflect the latest version.
